Starts with the participants trying to deliver a petition to foreign embassies in Phnom Penh, starting with the French embassy. The petition asks the international community to recognize the historical fact with regard to Kampuchea Krom (Southern Cambodia) while Vietnam is denying this historical fact by pretending that Kampuchea Krom has always been Vietnamese. Demonstrators will move to the Vietnamese embassy later this morning.
